Final Opportunity to Experience Leanin’ Tree Founder’s Private Art Collection

The Leanin’ Tree Museum and Sculpture Garden of Western Art will close Aug. 31. The museum displays the private art collection of Ed Trumble, founder of Leanin’ Tree Greeting Cards. Beloved by locals and visitors alike, this free museum has been serving the public for over forty years. At age 92, Mr. Trumble feels that his work with the collection is complete and he wants to see his art find new homes with the next generation of families, collectors and museums. Please note the Greeting Card Production Tours and Gift Shop will remain OPEN (see below for hours).

Ed Trumble’s collection of Western art is breathtaking.

Visitors are encouraged to visit the museum through the end of August, when the museum will close. Scottsdale Art Auction will be handling the sale of the collection in Scottsdale, Arizona on January 19 and 20, 2018.

Leanin’ Tree products are offered at factory discounts at its gift shop located in the company’s Gunbarrel headquarters. In addition, Leanin’ Tree offers free factory tours of the greeting card production process. Both the gift shop and factory tours will remain open.

Leanin’ Tree’s outdoor Sculpture Garden is a great place to enjoy a picnic lunch.

Leanin’ Tree is located at 6055 Longbow Dr., in Gunbarrel (just off Colorado Highway 119 between Longmont and Boulder). Below you will find hours for their free production tour of their greeting card factory and gift shop. Those hours apply to the art museum and sculpture garden until August 31.
