Part Flow, Part Restorative. This practice is an hour long and moves through physical postures slowly and mindfully. Yogis spend about 5 minutes practicing breath and intention setting, 15 minutes warming up, 20 minutes balancing and flowing, and 20 minutes restoring, physically and mental.
Who is this class for: This class offers a practice for any age, body, and level of yoga experience. Never practiced yoga? This is a great place to start. Looking to go deeper in your practice? Kevin can help.
ABOUT KEVIN FLYNN:
Kevin came to yoga in 2012 after a series of injuries that kept him from competitive sports. After practicing yoga regularly, he noticed his anxiety and back pain subside. So in 2015, he became RYT-200 certified at Arjuna Yoga in Aspen.
Yoga has taught Kevin self-discipline, self-reflection and non-competitiveness. He enjoys all yogic practices and specializes in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. He believes it’s about progress, not perfection; “Wherever we are on our path, there is a practice that fits each individual.”
When he is not teaching, you’ll find Kevin snowboarding, hiking or biking outside.
Shanna in a Dress is a smashing combination of clever lyrics, sweet serenade, and tongue twisting rhymes. She has been performing since her days at the University of Virginia where she attracted a loyal following of fans that loved her feel-good humor, catchy melodies, and entertaining stage presence. Shanna is a diverse songwriter with a playful setlist containing material ranging from sunny toe-tapping tunes to intensely emotional ballads to humorous ear candy. Her lyrics are laden with clever wordplay and are relatable across all ages.
Shanna released her first EP More Than Just a Hoar in 2012 after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Her style is often compared to Ingrid Michaelson, Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz. She doesn’t take herself too seriously off-stage or on, and her self-reported style is “happy folk pop with a twist of humor, sarcasm, and occasional tears.” Shanna moved to Boulder in 2014 and is excited to connect and share with the local music scene!

“Everyone has a personal struggle. To find peace in the struggle is the elusive dream we are all chasing. We have to keep chasing it. We have to live inside of the chasing. We have to become the chasing. We have to conquer the fear. The chasing is all that matters. We are the chasing.”
